Use comments and tags within HyperComply questionnaires to collaborate efficiently, request input from teammates, and streamline the review process. Comments are internal-only and are never visible to customers.
What Are Comments?
Comments let you leave internal notes on individual questions within a questionnaire. These can be used to:
Ask clarifying questions
Flag items that need review
Document reasoning or context for a particular response
Comments are visible only to your internal team and help ensure alignment during reviews.
Tagging Team Members
You can tag teammates in a comment by typing @ followed by their name.
When someone is tagged:
They receive an in-app and/or email notification
Clicking the notification brings them directly to the relevant comment
How to Add a Comment
Open the questionnaire in HyperComply.
Navigate the question where you want to leave a comment.
Below the question, you will find a menu. Click on the “Comment” button, which will open a window displaying the comment thread.
If you need to tag any team member use an “@” symbol in your comment. Anyone who has activated their invitation will appear as a user in your workspace.
Type out your comment and click "Comment" to post it to the thread.
The tagged individual will receive an email notification with the question and your comment. Your team member can click on the link to be taken directly to your comment.
